Hello, my name is Carolyn Petzing and I am a certified Disney Specialist. My knowledge of Disney does not just come from guide books and brochures, but with first-hand experience at the Disney resorts, theme parks and aboard the Disney cruise ships. I started visiting the Walt Disney World resorts as a small child and my love for all things Disney stays with me to this day. As a frequent visitor throughout the year - spring, summer and fall - I have attended the International Flower and Garden Festival and International Food and Wine Festival at Epcot as well as special ticket events such as Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. Anyone can tell you what time the fireworks show starts, but I can tell where you can get the best view of the show and how to plan your day with Fastpasses and the Disney Dining Plan. My travels with Disney have included all facets of the family; small children, older children, adults only, grandparents, and large vacations with multiple families.
